COUNT

3 things

in your environment,

And keep repeating.

Your Anxiety comes from

the fear of possible futures,

counting helps you

ground yourself

in the present.

Take a deep breath,

hold it in for 10 seconds,

and breathe out,

repeat this 4 times,

Allow yourself to Calm down.

This moment,

isn’t random,

and it isn’t a one-time thing,

it will keep happening until

it becomes a full-blown depressive condition,

unless,

you find the cause,

so don’t waste time

and assess the issue,

and when you are ready

to go deep,
